1. Our commitment

usgoldapp wants everyone to be able to browse our catalogue, read our care guidance and contact us. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and to make reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010.

2. What we have done

• A “skip to content” link and consistent, keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, sliders, accordions and dialogs.
• Visible focus indicators and a logical heading structure on every page.
• Text alternatives for informative images, with decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and status announcements for screen readers.
• Responsive layouts that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
• Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting.

3. Known limitations

• The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible. Our address is always available as text.
• Some product photographs have short descriptions only. Ask us for a detailed description of any piece.

We review the site regularly and are working to fix these issues.
